Phala Ghrut (फल घृत )(50ML)

Phala Ghrut is a classical Ayurvedic medicated ghee used to support female and male fertility, regulate menstrual cycles, and aid healthy embryo implantation during conception. It’s traditionally taken orally with milk and is also used to help prevent recurrent miscarriage in women with weak uterine tone.

Take 5 to 10 ml with warm milk in the morning, or as directed by your physician. Some practitioners recommend smaller doses (around 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) building up gradually, so it’s best to start conservatively and follow personalized guidance.

It is traditionally used during pregnancy to support fetal nourishment and reduce miscarriage tendency, but pregnant women should only use it under the supervision of both their obstetrician and an Ayurvedic practitioner, since dosage needs vary by trimester and individual health status.

It’s formulated with Manjishtha, Kushtha, Behda, Daruhalad, Nilophar, Shwet Chandan, Meda, Kshir Kakoli, Ashwagandha, Munakka, Go Ghrut (cow ghee), Jeshthamadh, Shatavari, Hirda, Amla, Kutaki, and Shwet Kamal Pushpa.

It’s generally well tolerated at recommended doses, but taking too much can cause indigestion or loose stools due to its ghee content. People with diabetes, high cholesterol, or heart conditions should use it cautiously and under medical guidance.

Phala Ghrut is meant for oral consumption only, typically mixed with warm milk — it is not used as a massage oil or applied topically.

Traditional use generally suggests continuous use for at least 3 months for noticeable support in fertility and menstrual regularity, though individual timelines vary and should be discussed with an Ayurvedic doctor.

Properly prepared Phala Ghrut has a shelf life of around 2 years from the date of manufacture and should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in an airtight container.

It can generally complement fertility support routines, but since some ingredients may interact with medications for diabetes, thyroid, or blood pressure, always inform your doctor about all supplements you’re taking, including Ayurvedic ones.
