Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order in a timely and efficient manner. Orders placed Monday through Saturday will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two business days of order placement if the product(s) is (are) in inventory in our warehouse. If you want to inquire about the delivery time of a product, do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as the destination address, shipping method, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays, etc.). While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We depend on the 3rd party couriers to arrange deliveries every day. Therefore delivery time quoted is always tentative and not guaranteed. Transit time varies for each pincode and might get affected due to several factors which are beyond our control such as natural calamities, riots, protests and all other activities which might become an obstacle in the movement of your shipment.

Shipping fee calculation

The shipping fee is calculated basis of your overall order weight which includes packaging stuff, carriage belts, carton box, tape, etc. Our shipping charge varies as per the order value and delivery location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information of the courier partner. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery online.

Eligibility for returns

Customers are requested to not accept the order in case the package is damaged in any sort. This measure prevents theft cases done by courier boys or transitional middlemen. If the package is returned back to us, a new and same shipment will be sent to the customer from our side. If customer accepts a damaged shipment, we will not be liable for any missing or damaged product(s).
